Weight lifting progress report

It's been exactly two months since I started the StrongLifts 5x5 weight training program. The progress report so far (weight includes the weight of the 35lb bar):

  • Squats: 52.5 lbs
  • Bench press: 50 lbs
  • Overhead press: 40 lbs
  • Deadlifts: 65 lbs
  • Barbell rows: 37.5

Not much, but it's progress. When I first started, I couldn't even lift the bar for more than a few reps per set. I've been steadily increasing by amounts of 1.25 lbs. And I feel better than ever.
