My latest infographic for California Watch shows how the California community college system spends millions on duplicative administration costs. Reporting by Erica Perez and Agustin Armendariz.
A graphic for CIR's social media sites that shows how the 2011 Public Safety Realignment Act redirects low-level offenders from state lockups to county jails, while providing local governments with millions of dollars and broad discretion over how to spend the money to handle the felons.
